Prior Analytics has been implementing and supporting CRM systems for over 20 years. Since the announcement of the General Data Protection Act in 2017 Prior Analytics changed its operations to focus on data protection and compliance. This change in direction required a brand refresh alongside a brand new website and supporting graphics.
Dunelm Digital worked with Prior Analytics to lead on the planning, development and implementation of the brand refresh in a way that reflected the company’s changes, yet still held recognition from loyal clients.
We worked on creating a website that showcases Prior Analytics’ services and experiences. The site needed to be easy to navigate, include features that presented them as a trustworthy brand and allowed them to add more case studies and services as required.
Hannah from Dunelm Digital is an integral part of the team; the partnership with Prior Analytics did not allow for an outside perspective. Dunelm had to merge roots with Prior Analytics to create a seamless, internal graphics and marketing role. Key projects include website creation, a brand refresh, curating and designing lead generating systems, redesigning critical systems so that staff can save admin time, and managers can easily see where time is going.
